Mum, chef, grower, leader of change.  Having led change, innovation and operations in a wide range of scaling organisations, and having been deeply involved in my local community for many years, I am working to bring back a more healthy, more local, and more just UK food system.

Anchored in nature and passionate about helping us reconnect with our food growing roots, I have suffered from the impact of poor mental health for many years.  The exhibition resonates with me through its search for self-care and natural pathways to internal wellbeing.
