Our next auction will take place from 18th to Dec 5th in a Timed Sale

SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS 14th Nov.

​We invite submissions from art galleries as well as individual artists from all over the world. 

​If you would like your ORIGINAL artworks to be considered for sale in one of our forthcoming auctions, then submit your work(s) below.  

​

SUBMISSION PROCESS. 

Submission is free.

If your work is selected for auction, then a participation fee applies which is £8 per selected work. We will send you a payment link if your work is selected for auction.

To be considered for this auction, you MUST submit 4-5 artworks per artist.

ADMISSIBLE WORKS

Original paintings of all styles on all media. Sculptures of all types, ceramics, mixed media, drawings, textiles.

 Photography and digital art are not admissible for now.

TYPE OF AUCTION

​We run both "Timed and live online auctions and if your work is selected, we will tell you which auction it will go into and when.

If selected for auction, we do not require your physical work to be sent to us us as this is an online auction. We only require good quality images of your work. (SEE IMAGE SECTION BELOW)

ORIGINAL WORKS ONLY.

• All works submitted to us must be original and must be your own creation or that of the artist you represent.

• All works submitted for auction must be available for sale on the day of the auction. (We will let you know which date your work will be presented if you are selected.)

• The auction catalogue will be published in advance of the auction day, once the catalogue goes live, you cannot withdraw your work. This is because it costs time and money to prepare the catalogue. If there is any reason why you must withdraw your work, please let us know ahead of time before the auction catalogue is published.

RESERVE PRICE

Artists determine their own reserve price but we encourage you to be realistic.

​

IMAGES:

Your work will be sold based on image alone therefore we need good quality images in jpeg.  To give your work the best chance of being sold, ensure that the full image of the work is visible including any frame. 

 

We recommend 3 images per artwork, the full work, back of the work, an image showing the work in your studio or hanging on the wall(for scale) . The idea is to give the buyer a realistic idea of what the original artwork looks like.

For Live sales, all works will be presented one by one by the auctioneer, this happens very fast! There is no time during the auction to contact artists to see if they want to accept a bid or not. This is why you should price your work sensibly.  For "Timed Sales" all works will be on "Countdown" till the end of the auction.

SHIPPING

If your work sells, the auctioneer will collect the payment + shipping cost from the buyer and the buyer's address is released to you.

You are expected to arrange shipping of the works as soon as you receive the shipping address. If you require a longer time to ship the work, please contact me to discuss. You will ensure that you use adequate protective packaging when shipping your work. You will also need to use a tracked shipping service. Shipping insurance is recommended. The Buyer pays the shipping cost.

 

PAYMENTS TO YOU

We usually charge buyers immediately after the auction, sometimes, it may take 1-3 weeks after the auction for a few buyers to complete payment. Once we receive payment for your work, we will ask you to ship the works.

We will never ask you to ship the artworks before we receive Payments from the buyer. Payments will be made to you once the buyer has confirmed receipt of the work in good condition. We will pay into a bank account/paypal less bank transfer fees if any.

 

SALE COMMISSION

Commission is charged at 30% of the final sale value.

 

AUCTIONEER’S DISCRETION

There is auctioneer’s discretion of 10% to help maximize sales. (This means that if your reserve price is £100 for example and the final bid on your work is £90, the auctioneer will accept that bid.)

Once the auction ends, there is NO POSSIBILITY of chasing after bids that did not meet your reserve price as it will be too late. This is why it is important to price realistically.

​

AUCTION RESULTS

We will let you know the FINAL results of the auction a day or two after it has taken place.

​

Please ensure that the image of your work is high quality and in jpeg format. If your work is framed, then your image should clearly show this if possible.
